Shrink. Don't take up too much space. Don't want too much. Don't be too much. Religion, family, and society installed this early. It shows up now as chronic self-doubt, people-pleasing, and the inability to receive. Now it's time for you to take up space.
The Worthiness Code
You have to earn love. Earn rest. Earn success. You were taught your value was conditional on performance, on obedience, on being good enough. That code runs your relationship with money, visibility, partners and power. Now it's time to BE your organic worthiness. The real code.
The Fear Code
Being fully yourself is dangerous. Rising too high draws punishment. Being seen invites judgment. This is what keeps spiritually awake women playing small even when they know better. It's what keeps you feeling invisible and playing in a false sense of safety.
The Identity Erasure Code
You were handed a script before you could write your own. Daughter. Believer. Good girl. Wife. Your real identity got buried under all the roles. We dig it back up.
The Silence Code
It's not just your voice that was silenced. Your sensuality, your spiritual gifts, your calling out the wrong, your questioning, the brightness of your spirit — all suppressed and re-coded to please. We give your voice the place it deserves.
